What this site collects
When you fill out the contact form or a free guide form, we collect:
- your first and last name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give one
- any message or answers you type into the form
If you give a phone number, we also record whether you ticked the text message box, the exact wording you saw next to it, and the date and time.
Our servers keep ordinary technical logs, such as your browser type and the pages requested. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Where your information goes
We use a few outside services to run the site and follow up with you. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- GoHighLevel, our customer management system. Your form details are sent here so we can reply to you and keep track of our conversations.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- IDX Broker, which powers the home search. When you use the search, save a search, or create an account there, IDX Broker's own terms and privacy policy apply to that part of the site.
Because Lesley works with Bridge Realty, your details may be shared with the brokerage when needed to help you with a purchase or sale.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your question, send what you asked for, such as a guide, and follow up by email about buying or selling a home. We text you only if you ticked the text message box.
Calls and text messages
We send text messages only to people who ticked the text message box on our form. By ticking that box, you agree to receive text messages from Lesley The Realtor (Keleypatrel LLC) at that number.

- Consent to text is not a condition of buying or selling a home or of using this site.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also call or email us.
We do not share mobile phone numbers, or the consent you gave to be texted, with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Texting consent information is never passed on or sold.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by email or phone. We will act on a deletion request promptly and no later than 30 days after we receive it. We may keep records we are required by law or by our brokerage to keep, such as a completed transaction file. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop texts, reply STOP.
How long we keep it, security, and children
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. Records of a completed home purchase or sale may be kept longer where the law or our brokerage requires it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or service is completely secure. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
